Important Product Disclaimers
FDA Disclaimer: Our soaps and salves are cosmetic and herbal products. They have not
been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. Any statements made about
ingredients (such as goat milk, herbs, or essential oils) reflect traditional or general use and are

Allergen & Patch Test Warning: Our products may contain essential oils, plant oils (including
tree nut oils such as shea, almond, or coconut derivatives), botanicals, clays, and other natural
ingredients. Please read the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing or
using any item. We strongly recommend performing a small patch test (applying a small
amount to your inner wrist or elbow and waiting 24 hours) before full use, especially if you have
sensitive skin, known allergies, or are pregnant or nursing. Thistlebrook Farm is not liable for
allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses resulting from product use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Handmade Variance: Every item is handmade, hand-cut, and hand-poured in small batches.
As a result, slight variations in color, scent strength, shape, weight, and appearance
between batches (and even within the same batch) are normal and expected — they're
part of what makes a handmade product handmade, not a defect.
Orders & Payment
● All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
● We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion
(for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors).● Payment is due in full at the time
of purchase.

All content on this Site — including the Thistlebrook Farm name and logo, product names,
product photography, written descriptions, blog content, and site design — is the property
of Thistlebrook Farm and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not

🧼 Returns & Exchanges — Personal Care Item Policy
For health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on soaps,
salves, balms, or any other personal care item — even if unopened or unused.
All sales on these items are final.
This policy protects both you and future customers by ensuring every product you receive is
untouched and uncontaminated. We appreciate your understanding!
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We know that sometimes things go wrong in shipping. If your order arrives damaged,
defective, or incorrect, we're happy to make it right:

2. Include photos of the item(s) and packaging as received
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. We're a small farm and
we genuinely want you to be happy with your order — please don't hesitate to reach out.
🚚 Shipping & Processing
● Processing time: Orders are typically hand prepared and shipped within 2–5 business
days of purchase (excluding weekends/holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may
take longer — we'll let you know if so.
● Carrier: We ship primarily via USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided by the
carrier and are not guaranteed by Thistlebrook Farm.
● Shipping delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier,
including weather, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
● Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered"
by the carrier's tracking system but not received (e.g., stolen from a porch or
mailbox). If this happens, we recommend:
○ Checking with neighbors and around your property
○ Contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number○ Filing a claim directly with the
carrier
